of Samuel Moore< no role >
in an Assault

Thomas Highams< no role > of Whitecross Street
in the County of Middlesex one of the defendant
abovenamed and James Davis< no role > of Old Street in the same County
severally make Oath as follows And first the said
Thomas Uighams< no role > for himself saith that he head
not been able to Serve the abovenamed Prosecutor
with a Notice to appear at this Present Sessions
of the Peace in as much as although he this
Deponent has sought and Endeavoured to
find out the abovenamed Prosecutor Yet
notwithstanding he hath made the most
diligent Search and Enquiry he cannot find
any Person to inform him any thing of the
said Prosecutor as to either his Present or
last Place of abode a Residence nor dotted
he this deponent of his own knowledge
know any thing of the said Prosecutor as
to either his Present a last place of abode as
Residence and the said James Davis< no role > for himself
Saith That he has likewise with the said Thomas
Uighams the abovenamed defendant Sought
and Endeavoured to find out the said Prosecutor
But this deponent also Saith That notwithstanding
he has made the most diligent Search and
Enquiry he cannot find any Person to Informed
him, nor does he this Deponent of himself
know any thing of the said Prosecutor or
of his Present a last Place of about or
Residence
