Ordered,

That the Said Report do lie upon the Table.
Sir Thomas Egerton< no role > reported from the Committee, to whom the ingrossed
Bill from the Lords, intituled, An Act for Sale of the next Presentation
to certain Divings, late the Estates of Sir Griffith Boynton< no role > , Baronet deceased,
for Payment of his Debts, and for Substituting other Parts of his Estates to
be charged with his Younger Children's Fortunes, in Lion of those by his Will
charged therewith, and for other Purposes, was committed; that the same to
be true; and that the Parties concerned had given their Consent to the Bill
to the Satisfaction of the Committee; and that the Committee had directed
him to report the Bill to the House, without any Amendment; and he
delivered the Bill in at the Table

And the said Bill was read the third Time
Resolved

That the Bill do pass
Ordered,

That Sir Thomas Egerton< no role > do carry the Bill to the Lords and acquaint
them, that this House hath agreed to the same, without any Amendment

Sir George Savile< no role > (according Order) [..] the Committe orthe
whole House, to [..] Bill or the [..] mentation of the Salaries
of the Puisne Justices of the Courts of [..] and Common Pleas,
and of the Barons of the Coif of the Court of [..] quer, at Westminster , was
committed, the Amendments which the Com [..] had made to the Bill,
and which they had directed him to report to [..] House; and he read the
Report in his Place, and afterwards delivered the Bill, with the Amend-
ments, in at the Table, where the Amendments were read, and agreed to
by the House.

Ordered,
That the Bill, with the Amendments, be ingrossed,
Sir William Lemon< no role > (according to Order) reported from the Committee of
the whole House, to whom it was referred to consider of the Duties on Salt
used in curing Pilchards for Home Consumption, the Resolutions which the
Committee had directed him to report to the House; which he read in his
Place, and afterwards delivered in at the Table, where the Same were read,
and agreed to by the House, and are as followeth. viz.

Resolved,
That the Duty upon all Salt used in curing Pilchards, for Home Con-
Sumption, do cease, determine, and be no longer paid.

Resolved,
That a Duty of Five Shillings and Two Pence Half-penny be laid upon
every Barrel of Pilchards, containing Fifty Gallons, cured for Home Con-
Sumption, and So in Proportion for any greater of less Quantity.

Resolved,
That the said Duty upon Pilchards be continued as long as the Duties
upon Salt have continued by any Act or Acts of Parliament now in Force.

Ordered.
That a Bill be brought in, upon the Said Resolutions; and that Sir William
Lemon
< no role > , Mr. Rashleigh, Sir James Laroche< no role > , the Earl Nugent, Mr. Grenville,
and Mr. Eliot, do prepare, and bring in, the Same.
