An ingrossed Bill from the Lords, intitused, An [..]
of certain Estates Situtate in the Parishes of Saint Mary bed [..] and Saint
Thomas, or one of them, in the City of Beistol , given Thomas Eyon< no role > the
Elder, late of Broad [..] is the Parish of [..] in the [..]
Gloucester , Gentleman, for Charitable Uses [..]
was read the fist Time, and ordered to be [..] Second Time [..]

An ingrossed Bill from the Lords, intitused An Act for Sale of the [..]
of the late John Nicoll< no role > , of Bolton, in the County of York [..] for Pay
ment of his Debts, was read a Second Time and committed

The House (according to Order) proceeded to take into [..] Considera
tion the Report which was made from the Committee who were appointed
to examine into the General Acts of Parliament now to being relative to
the Salmon Fisheries, within that Part of Great Britain [..] and
to report their Opinion thereupon to the House.

And the Resolutions of the Conta [..] being [..] Second Time [..]
agreed to by the Houses

House, to whom the Bill to explain [..]
Twelfth Your of the Reign of [..]

Law [..] Quays in the [..] before [..] discharged or their
Vessels are cleared, by [..] Offi [..] and for
allowing the Officers of [..] cuttons and Excise to [..] Use of Lighten on
board Ships in the Haven, Dock or Bason, or the [..] Kingston upon
Hell , was [..] the Amendrances which the [..] made to
the Bill, and which they had directed him to report to the Houses and he
read the Report in his Place, and afterwards delivered the [..] with the
Amendments, in at [..] Table, where the Amendments were read, and
with Several Amendment [..] one of them, were agreed so by the Houses, and
Several Amendments were made by the House to the Bill

Ordered,
That the Bill, with the Amendments, be ingrossed,
Ordered,
That the Order of the Day, for the House to resolve itself into a Committ-
tee of the whole House, upon the Bill to indemnify such Persons as have
comitted to qualify themselves for Offices and Employments, and to indem
nify Justices of the Peace, or others, who have omitted to registered or de-
liver in their Qualifications within the Time limited by Law, and for giving
further Time for those Purpose; and to indemnify Members and Officers
in Cities, Corporations, and Borough Towns, whose Admissions have been
omitted to be Stamped according to Law, or having been stamped have been
left or [..] and for allowing them Time to provide Admissions duly
Stamped; and to give further Time to such Persons as have omitted to make
and file Affidavits of the Execucion of Indentures of Clerks to Attornies
and Solieitors, be now read

And the Said Order being read accordingly
