the Peace for the County of Middlesex at their General
Sessions of the peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the [..]
Overseers of the poor of the parish of Saint Mary of Lambeth
in the County of Surry

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order of removal under the Hands and Seals of David Walker< no role >
Esqr and Philip Dyot< no role > Esqr. Two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace in and for the
County of Middlesex aforesaid (One whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the
Twenty seventh day of April now last past William Taber< no role > and Hannah< no role > his Wife
and their three Children Namely John< no role > Aged Nine years or thereabouts Sarah< no role >
Aged five years or thereabouts and Thomas< no role > Aged Sixteen Months or thereabouts
were removed and Conveyed from and not of the Liberty of Saffron Hill Hatton
Garden and Ely Rents in the parish of Saint Andrew Holborn in the said County of
Middlesex to the said parish of Saint Mary at Lambeth in the said County of Surry
as the place of the last Legal Settlement of the said William Taber< no role > and Hannah
his Wife and their said three Children

Your Petitioners Conceiving themselves aggrieved
by the Adjucation of the said two Justices and therefore
humbly Appeal to this Court against the same And
pray your Worships will Appoint a day for the hearing
and determining the said Appeal

And your Petitioners will ever pray etc
