MIDDLESEX .


At the GeneralSession of the Peace
of our Lord the King; holden in and for the County
of Middlesex , at Hicks-Hall , in Saint John-Street ,
(by adjournment) on Thursday the twentieth
Day of May in the nineteenth Year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the Third, King
of Great Britain, Etc.

Whereas the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish of
Saint Clement Danes in the County of Middlesex Have at this present
Session Exhibited their Petition and Appeal setting forth That by a Pass
Warrant or Order under the Hands and Seals of W Blackmore and P.
Rowlands Esqr two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the said
County (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the 26th day of April last
Mary Ann Gundy< no role > This name instance is in set 959. This set is in the group(s): MothersCD . and her Legitimate Daughter named Harriott< no role > of the
age of two years and nine months were removed and conveyed from and out
of the parish of Saint George in the County of Middlesex to the parish of Saint
Clement Danes in the said County as the place of the last legal settlement of
the said Mary Ann Gundy and her said Daughter Whereby the Petitoners
conceived themselves aggrieved Whereupon at the request of the said Petitioners
It is ordered that the benefit of their said Appeal should be saved unto them
and the hearing and determining thereof be and the same is hereby adjourned
until the next General Quarter Session of the peace to be holden for the said
County [..] on Notice hereof in the mean time to be given unto the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the parish of Saint George in the said County of Middlesex & they and all
Persons concerned do attend the Court at Hicks Hall aforesaid on Thursday
the eighth day of July next at the hour of nine of the Clock in the forenoon of the same
day to hear and abide the Judgment and determination of the said Court
touching the said Appeal
