The Humble Petition of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Saint Clement Danes in the County of
Middlesex

Sheweth

That by a Pass Warrant or Order under the
Hands and Seals of M: Blackmore and P: Rowlands Esqr
Two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the
said County (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing
Date the 26th.. Day of April last Mary Ann Gundy< no role > This name instance is in set 959. This set is in the group(s): MothersCD . and
her Legitimate Daughter named Harriott< no role > of the Age
of Two Years and Nine Months were removed and
Conveyed from and our of the Parish of Saint George
in the County of Middlesex to the Parish of Saint
Clement Danes in the said County as the Place of
the last legal Settlement of the said Mary Ann Gundy
and her said Doughter whereby Your Petitioners
Conceive themselves to be Aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal
to this Court against the Adjudication and
Order of the said Two Justice and that the
Benefit of the said Appeal may be saved
unto them and the hearing and determing
thereof be Adjourned untill the next
General Quarter Session of the Peace be
held for the said County

And Your Petitioners will pray Etc.
