To the Worshipful His Majestys Justices of the Peace for
the County of Middlesex in their General Quarter Session of
the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal
of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn
above the Bars in the said County

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant
under the Hands and Seals of Stephen Clarke< no role > and
John Cox< no role > Exqrs. two of His Majestys Justices of the Peace
in and for the County of Middlesex (one whereof being
of the Quorum) bearing Date the Sixteenth Day of
September last, Jane Vallance< no role > Wife of Benjamin
Vallance
< no role > (who is gone away and not to be found) with
her three Children, by her said Husband Vizt. Mary< no role >
aged Seven Years and upwards Ann< no role > aged four Years
and an half and Benjamin< no role > aged about three Years
were removed from the Parish of St Giles in the Fields
in the said County to the said Parish of St. Andrew
Holborn above Bars as the place of their last legal
Settlement

Your Petrs. thinking themselves Aggrieved
by the said Order or Pass Warrt. of the sd. two
Justices Appeal to this Court against the same
and humbly pray that the Benefit of the said
Appeal may be saved to Your Petitrs. and
that the hearing and determining thereof
may be adjourned until the next General
Session of the Peace to be held for this County

And Your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
