To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex in their Michas General Quarter Session Assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Hales Owen in the County of Salop.

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the hands and Seals of
William Timbrell< no role > and William Mantle< no role > Esquires two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace in
and for the City and Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex (one whereof being of
the Quorum) bearing date the19th: day of July 1769 Elizabeth Ward< no role > the Wife of Daniel
Ward
< no role > with her three Children, Phebe< no role > Aged about Eight Years, Jane< no role > Aged about five Years,
and Edward< no role > Aged about three Months were removed and Conveyed from and out of the
Parish of Saint George Hanover Square in the Liberty of Westminster aforesaid to the
said Parish of Hales Owen (by the name Alce Owen) in the County of Salop as the place
of their last legal Settlement whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves to be Aggrieved
and Appeal against the same.

Therefore Your Petitioners humbly pray your
Worships to appoint a day in this present Session to hear and
determine this their Appeal.

And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
