To the Worshipfull his Majestys of the peace for the County of Middlesex
now in General Sessions Assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwarden
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Woughton in
the County of Bucks

Sheweth


That by virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the hands and Seals of John
Cox
< no role > and Stephen Clarke< no role > Esquires two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace in and for the
County of Middlesex bearing date the twenty Sixth day of July last past James
Major
< no role > was removed from the Parish of Saint Giles in the fields in the County of
Middlesex to the Parish of Woughton in the County of Bucks as the place of his
last Legal Settlement whereby your Petitioners think themselves Aggrieved and
Appeal against the said Pass Warrant or Order

Your Petitioners thinking themselves aggrieved by the
said Pass Warrant or Order and Appeal to the Judgment
and determination of this Court against the same
And humbly prays your Worships to appoint a day
this present Sessions for the hearing and determining
the Same

And your petitioners shall ever pray Etc
