Upon reading the humble Peticon & appeale of the Churchwardens & overseers
of the poore of the parish of padbury neare buckingham in the County of Bucks
exhibited to this Court agt. an order under the hands & seales of Robt. Constable< no role >
& Joseph Jory< no role > Esqrs. two of her Majties. Justices of the peace for she County of Middx
(Quor unns) beareing date the ninth day of december last whereby Thomas Inns< no role >
& Martha< no role > his wife were removed from the Hamblett of Bethnall Greene in
the parish of stepney in the said County of Middx to the said parish of [..]
in the County of Bucks as the place of the last legall settlemt. of the said Tho:
Inns
< no role > setting forth that the sd Apellants had good cause to appeale agt. the sd order
Butt that there Wittnesses liveing remote in the Country they could not be
ready to prosecute theire appeale this present sessions And therefore prayed
that the benefitt of the said appeale might be saved to them & that the hearing
& determineing thereof might be adjorned untill the next genall quarter Sessions
of the peace to be held for the said County of Middx which this Court held reasonable
And doth therefore order that the sd appeale be heard & determined by her Majties.
Justices of the peace for the sd County of Middx on the second day of the next
genall Quarter sessions of the peace to be held for the same County att Hicks hall
in St. John street att tenn of the clocke in the forenoone And the sd Churchwardens
& Overseers of the poore of the sd Hamblett of Bethnall Greene & all other parties
[..] are to have notice of this order & are hereby required to attend her Majties.
Justices of the peace for the said County of Middx att the time & place aforesd
to heare & abide there Judgmt. & determinacon touching the said appeale

Whereas complaint hath beene made unto us whose hands & seales are
here unto sett two of her Majties. Justices of the peace of the County of Middx (Quorum
unns) by the Churchwardens & overseers of the poore of the Hamblett of Bethnall
Greene in the parish of stepney in the sd County that Thomas Inns< no role > & Martha< no role > his wife
are lately come into the said Hamblett endeavouring to settle themselves there
without giveing notice in writeing to the said Churchwarden or overseers of the
poore or anyone of them of the house of their abode in the said Hamblett according
to the statute in that case made & provided and that it alsoe appears unto us by the
complainte of the sd Churchwarden overseers of the poore of the said Hamblett
[..] said parish Hamblett
Inns that he was last legally settled in the parish of Padbury neare Buckingham
in the County of Buck where he lived many yeares & was an Inhabitant for at
the space of forty days next before the nineteenth day of May in the yeare of [..]
Lord one thousand six hundred eighty five & sorne time afterwards & hath ga [..]
noe legall settlemt. since Three are therefore in her Majties. name strictly to cha [..]
& command you & every of you forthwith upon sight hereof to remove & convey the
Thomas Inns< no role > & Martha< no role > by said wife out of yr said Hamblett to the parish of padbur [..]
in the said County of Bucks & deliver them unto the Churchwardens & overseers of
the poore there who are hereby required to provide for them according to Lous Here of
faile not at ye perills Given under our hands & seales te ninth day of Decr Anno Dui 1707
