By virtue of the Statute made in the three and fortieth
Year of the Reign of the late Queen Elizabeth (Intituled An
Act for the releife of the Poor Wee whose named are here
unto Sett Her Maties: Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex where of one of as is of the Quorum and dweling
in the Division where the parish of St Andrew Holborn in
the Liberty above the Barrs. in the said County doth he
Do Nominate & Appeant allow & appeare being recomended to as by ye antient Inhitant Richard Sherman< no role > Arthur Yarwell< no role >
William Gill< no role > Thomas Bournham< no role > Richard Hilliard< no role > Hugh
Duckworth
< no role > & John Cox< no role > house holders in the said Liberty together
Wch. the present Churchwardens of the said Liberty Overseers
of the Poor of the said Liberty for this present Year
requireing them & every one of them to do & performe
all such things in & touching the said Office As by Law is
required as they or any of them will answer the contrary
