Esqrs. two of her Maties. Justices of the Peace for the County of Middx (Quop
unus) beareing date the ninth day of Decembr. last Thomas Inns< no role > &
Martha< no role > his wife were removed from the Hamblett of Bethnall Green
the parish of Stepney in the sd. County of Middx to the sd. parish of Padbury
in the County of Bucks as the place of the last legall settlemt. of the sd. Tho:
Inns< no role > ,

That neither the sd. Tho: Inns< no role > or his wife have any legall settlemt.
in the sd. Parish of Padbury , and yor. Petrs. therefore conceiveing
themselves aggreived by the sd. Order of removeall humbly appeale
agt. the same but their witnesses liveing remote in the Country
they cannot be ready to psecute their appeale this Prsent Sessions,

Yor. Petrs. therefore humbly pray that the benefit of
the sd. appeale may be saved to them, and that the
heareing & determining thereof may be adjorned
untill the next Generall Quarter Sessions of the
peace to be held for this County, and that the
Churchwarden & Overseers of the poor of the sd.
hamblett of Bethnall Green & all other parties
concerned may be Ordered to attend her Maties
Justices of the peace for the sd. County at the sd.
next Quarter Sessions to heare & abide their
Judgmt. & determinacon touching the sd. appeale
