The humble Peticon and Appeal of the Churchwarden [..] and Overseer [..]
of the poor of the Parish of Greenford in the County of Middx.

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Wart under the hands and Seales of Nicholas Goodwm< no role >
and James Hawley< no role > Esqrs. two of her Maties Justices of the peace for the send
County (Quor unus) Bearing date the 5th day of December Cap. Thomas
Shephard< no role > was removed from and out of the Parish of Chiswark in the same
County to the Parish of Greenford aforesd. therein Setting for [..] that he the
said Thomas Shephard< no role > about Nine or ten Years agoe was hyried or
a Covenant Servt by the year to one Francis Heath< no role > of Greenford
aforesaid Gentsmem. at two pounds per Ann Nages.

Yor Peticoners therefore finding themselves agreived with the Judgmt
of the sane two Justices of the peace humbly appeal to this honble Court against
the said Warts. And pray that yor. Worpps: will be pleased to grant an
Order that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the Parish
of Chiswark above said may attend this Court some day this present
Sessions to hear and abide the Judgment and finall Determinacon of
this Court touching this Appeal Etc.
