Mary Marshall< no role > als Rebeckah Corin< no role > being chargd with breaking open
the house of Mary Dodd< no role > , on the 19th. of October last, by opening of a window, &
feloniously taking from thence a New holland shift, an alamode scarfe, an anterine
Petticoat & a pair of holland sleeves, upon her examination saith, that on the
morning above mentiond, being at the Kings heed at Brentford end , & drinking these
a litle more than ordinary, She went to by under a Haycock,& there found the
Goods above mention'd, & sold the scarfe to Thomasin Philips< no role > of Old Brentford
Chapwoman ,wasfor two shillings.

She being likewise charg'd with feloniously taking away from Margaret Bacon< no role >
two holland approns & an old blue apron she own'd that she took the same,
being in want,

Thomasin Philips< no role > of Old Brentford Chapwoman maketh oath, that on
the 19th. of October last one Rebeckah Corin< no role > als Mary Marshall< no role > brought her a
Scarfe & offerd it to sale, which Scarfe was ownd by Mary Dodd< no role > , whos house was
broke open that day, & had that scarfe feloniously taken from her which Scarfe
this Depont. bought of her for two Shillings.

Richard Seering< no role > of Old Brentford Headbourgh maketh oath that on
the 21st. of October last having taken up one Thomasin Philips< no role > for buying stolen
Goods, She being suspected to have known the same to be stolen, an alamode scarfe
was produc'd, which the said Thomasin Philips< no role > own'd to have bought of one
Rebeckah Corin< no role > als. Mary Marshall< no role > , for two Shillings, which Scarf was also own'd
to be the Goods of Mary Dodd< no role > of the Parish of Ealing Spinner , whose house
was broke open the 19th. of the said month, & had the said Scarfe with severall
other Goods feloniously taken from her.
