William Freind, and upon examinacon of the said matter and a full hearing of
what was insisted on by all the said parties Wee the said Referrees whose hands
are hereunto Sett doe conceive and are of the opinion that the said William Friend< no role >
is overcharged in the present rate for the releife of the poor of the said Hamblett
and that he ought to be eased therein, and to be rated and charged the sume of
ten Shillings only in the said rate for this present year (and in the reassessments
proporconably) for and in respect of his Said house and personall estate, and
accordingly Wee thereupon gave direccon to the said Churchwarden and Overseers
of the poor to ease the said William Freind in the present rate and to take of
him the Since of ten Shillings only, for his asessment to the said poore rate for
this present year, and to charge him in the reassessments proporconably All which
wee certifie and humbly Submitt to this Court for your appbacon and confirmacon
Given under our hands this five and twentieth day of July Anno Dom 1706. and in
the fifth Yeare of her now Maties. reigne Etc.
