The order of Alex: Pitfeild< no role > Esqr: and John Cass< no role > Esqr: Two of a her Matis Justices of ye. peace for ye. said County
of Mids (Quor nunc) and Inhabiting in & next unto the Limitts where the Hamlet of Bethnall Green in the
parish of St. Dunstans Stepney in the said County is; Made this Twentieth day of June in the Yeare of our
Lord 1707: as well for the releife of ye. aforesd. Hamlet, as alsoe for the maintenance & Keepeinge a female
Bastard child begotten on the body of Mary Needham< no role > wife of Thomas Needham< no role > , (Late of ye. sd. Hamlet
and whoe for Severall Yeares hath been a Soldier in her Matis: Service and in Forreigne parts beyond the
Seas) and borne in the said Hamlet on the Seventeenth day of March in the yeare of our Lord 1709:
and Since Christened by the Christian name of Elizabeth< no role > ; which said female Bastard child is now chargeable
to the said Hamlet,

We the said Justices of the peace haveing upon the Complt. of the churchwarden and Overseer of the poor of the Said Hamlet
and alsoe according. to the Forme of the Statute in that Case made and provided; taken upon as the hearinge and examinacon
of the said Cause; Doe by divers examinacons Certified before us before Oath and upon due Consideracon thereof and the Circumstances
attendinge this Matter finde, That John Hasker< no role > of the Hamlet of Mile End Old Towne, in the said parish of St: Dunstans Stepney
victualler , is the putative father of the Said female Bastard Child; as alsoe upon the Oath of Abell Tilley< no role > , that the said
Thomas Needham< no role > husband of the Said Mary Needham< no role > was a Soldier in her said Maties Service altogether out of her Matis. Dominious
in Forreigne parts beyond the Seas, for the Space of Five Yeares and upwards before the Said Seventeenth day of March 1705:
and that the said Thomas Needham< no role > dureinge all that time did not Come within any of her Matis. Dominions nor any
Where Converse with his said wife,

We therefore doe Adjudge him the said John Hasker< no role > to be the putative father of the said female Bastard child, and doe
hereby Order him the said John Haster< no role > to pay or Cause to be paid, unto the sd. churchwarden and Overseer of the poor
of the Said Hamlet of Bethnall Green , or to due of them, the Sume of Two pounds fifeteen shillings and Eight pence
Lawfull Money of Greats Britaine, upon demand thereof; the Said Sume beinge allready disburst and paid by the said
churchwarden for and towards the necessary maintenance and Keepinge of the said female Bastard child, Alsoe We doe
Order the said John Hasker< no role > to pay or Cause to be paid Weekely and every Weeke, from the day of the date hereof unto the
said churchwarden and Overseer of the poor of the Said Hamlet of Bethnall Green , and their Since Ford for the time beinge,
or to some or one of them for and towards the maintenance bringing up clothinge educacon and Keepeings of the Said
female Bastard child the Sume of Two Shillings and Six penc'e of Lawfull Money of Great Britaine, And this payment to
