Whereas it appears to this Court by the report of several of her
Maties Justices of the Peace for this County (who by an Order of the last Easter Session
were appointed & did upon the 25th day of June last past take the accounts of
One Thorn Kender late Treasurer of the Marshall a Queery Bench & Hospital
men in the hundreds of Elthorne Spilthorne & Isloworth within the said County
That the several persons whose names are underwritten were in as rear & in-
debted in the sevrall sumry of mon to theyr names affixed, wch they promised
to pay ye before the beginning of this present Sessions, thereby to Enable ye to
reimburse the petty Constables in yor division theyr charges for relieving & con
veying vagrants out of this County, as by a late Act of Parliamt Entituled an
Acts for the further punishmt of vagrants & sending them whither by Law they
ought to be sent is directed; wch if not performed This Court doth think fit
& order that forthwith upon sight hereof ye [..] repair to the hereby of
the said Defaulters respectively & demand the severall sumry of money so in [..]
as aforesaid, wch if they or any of them refuse to pay ye that then ye apprehend &
carry him or them before some or one of her Maties Justices of the Peace for the said
County to find sureties for his or theyr appearance at the next Sessions of the Peace to
be holden for [..] County to answer [..] the said Defaults if [..] be & to be further
proceeded [..] according to Law
