taken upon as the heareing & examinacon of ye. sd. Cause, and do finde by divers examinacons testified before us
upon Oath; That George Bailey< no role > of ye. parish of St: Giles wth:out Criplegate London; Labourer , is the only & true
father of ye. sd. Male Bastard child; as also upon ye oath of Hannah Stemlls< no role > of ye. sd parish of st: Giles wth:out
Cripplegate & County of Mids Singlewoman this day taken before us; that she was present at ye. Travells of the Said
Elizabeth Ceele< no role > ; and at ye birth of ye. sd. Male Bastard child, and that she ye. sd. Elizabeth Ceele; did in her extremity
of paine & instantly after ye. birth of ye. sd. Male Bastard child Say that he ye. aforesd. George Bailey< no role > was ye. only and
One father of ye sd Male Bastard child she was then delivered of and we do alsoe find by divers other good proofes and
Circumstances upon Oath before us this day made; That he ye. sd. George Bailey< no role > is ye. only & true father of the Said
Male Bastard child;

We therefore doe adjudge him the Said George Bailey< no role > to be the only and true father of ye. Said Male Bastard child;
and doe here by Order him the sd. George Bailey< no role > to pay or Cause to be paid, to ye. churchwardens and Overseers of ye
poor of ye. parish of St: Giles wth:out Cripplegate and County of Mids aforesd. or Some or one of them ye. Sume of Three Shillings
upon demand thereof. the sd. Sume being allready by ye. sd. churchwarden disburst & paid for ye. maintenance of
the sd. Male Bastard child; Also We doe order the Said George Bailey< no role > to pay or Cause to be paid weekely and
every weeke from the day of the date hereof unto the sd. churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of ye sd parish
of St. Giles wth:out Cripplegate & County of Mids and their Sum Fore for ye. time being or to Some or one of them
for and towards the maintenance bringing up education clothing or Leepringe of ye. sd. Male Bastard child, the
Sume of Two Shillings. Lawfull Money of England; and this payment to Continue for & Soe Long as ye. sd. Male
Bastard child shall be a charge to ye. sd parish of St. Giles wth:out Cripplegate in ye. sd. County of Mids Except
he ye. sd. George Bailey< no role > shall otherwise discharged ye. sd. parish of st: Giles wth:out Cripplegate in ye. sd County of & from
