These are to certifie that att the genall quarter
Sesisons of the peace held for the County of Middx
att Hickshall in St John street in & for the said County
by adjournment on Tuesday the second day of April in the
fifth yeare of the reigne of our sonaigne Lady A [..]
by the grace of God of England Scotland France &
Ireland Queen Defender of the Faith Etc John Cooper< no role >
late of the parish of StJAndrew Holborn in the
County of Middlx yeom was & stands indicted for
makeing an assault upon Robert Glover< no role > with an
intent to comitt the horrid sin & crime of Buggery
(agt the order of nature) with the said Robert
Glover< no role > & carnally to know him; agt her Maties peace
Etc, And I doe further certifie that the said John
Cooper< no role > hath now appeared & pleaded not guilty to the
said Indictment and given bail to [..] psecute his
traverse upon the said Indictment att the next genall
quarter Sessions of the peace to be held for this County
