Whereas Richd Davenport< no role > Saml. Winchester< no role > Cha: Dowler< no role > of Robt.
white Inhitants of the parish of Ealing als Zealing in this County
exhited their peticon. to her Maties. Justices of the peace at the
last General Qur. Sess: of the peace held for this County thereby
settingforth that it hath been a custome in the sd. parish to that
the assessmts. for releife of the poor thereof by a pound rate
and that nevertheless a rate was made on the 6th. day of Feb
last by the Ch: Wdens. & other Inhitants for releife of the poor of the
sd. parish wherein some of the Inhitants were assessed above
the pound rate & others under assessed and thereby prayed
that an equall rate might be made for releife of the poor
of the sd. parish and to be releived Whereupon It was
Orderedreferred by her Maties. sd. Justices of the peace to the aforesaid
unto Timothy Laney< no role > Tho: Cullim< no role > Ja: Hawley< no role > nath: Good< no role > [..]
wood ward Esqrs. 5 of her Maties. Justices of the peace for this County
or any 3 of them to sumon before them me sd Parties and
to exaiers into the truth of the sd. comp, and to vacated
rate if it appeared to be unequall and that the pet [..]

Co: of the poor & other Inhitants of the sd. parish who had [..]
usually prsent at the makeing of parish rates to the present
a new & equall rate upon every Inhitants of the [..]
for releife of the poor thereof pursuant to the direccon
