Middlesex the prosecutor in this Cause maketh Oath that
he this Depont. was on the Eighth day of September
Instant Served with the Notice of Tryal hereunto
Annext And this Deponent further Smith that by
Searching the Clerk of the peace Office this Morning, there
was no Venire taken out for Tryingofthis Cause and
that the said Notice has not been since Countermanded to the
Knowledge or belief of this Deponent
