Take Notice that I intend personally to appear at the next
General Session of the Peace to be holden for the County of Middlesex at
Hicks Hall in Saint John Street on Monday the fourteenth day of
September Instant at the hour of nine in the forenoon of the same day
and then and there try my Traverse on the Indictment preferred by you
against me for a certain Trespass and assault Dated the 9th day of
September 1778.
