Take Notice that I intend personally to be and appear at the
next GeneralQuarterSession of the peace to be holden at Hicks Hall in Saint
John Street in and for the said County of Middlesex on Wednesday the 16th. day
of september Instant at 8 [..] of the Clock in the forenoon and then and there to Try my
Traverse upon an Indictment which is preferred by you against me for an
assault and Misdemeanor to which Indictment I pleaded not Guilty at the
last General Quarter Session of the peace Dated this 7th. day of September 1778
