the above Defts were Indicted last Session for
the Offence above stated but prior to the Indictmt.
were Apprehended by a Wart. & [..] entered into
Recognizance to Appear the then next Session
the Wife did Appear & Pleaded but the Husbd
did not

The Wife notwithstanding having Pleaded &
entered into Recog: to Try her Traverse has
never given Notice of Trial & the prosns. are
Apprehensive she means to have an Afft. ready
of having given Notice, & as it is A Practice of
the Court to give Eight days Notice & without
[..] such Notice to Estreat the Recog: you will
please to move the Court that both Recog: of
Defts be Estreated for the above stated reasons
