Wilkinson
< no role > for an assault

John Smith< no role > of Chequer Court Saint Katherines in the County of Middlesex
Waterman Maketh Oath that he Gave William Chapman< no role > a friend of the
Prosecutor above mentioned the Sum of thirty one Shillings and Six pence
as a full Satisfaction for the above Assault and Saith that the Said
William Wilkinson< no role > acknowledged to this Deponent that the received the
Said Sum abovementioned from the said William Chapman< no role > and
Also Saith that he caused the Sum of One Guinea to be Spent for
a Supper which the Said William Wilkinson< no role > Partook of and then
declared himself Perfectly Satisfyed as to the above Prosecution by
him Commenced against the Said Deponent and Sarah his Wife
And Saith that the Paper Writing hereunto Annexed is of the
Proper hand Writing of the Said William Chapman< no role > the friend of
the abovenamed Prosecutor
