The Petition of Thos. Allen< no role > Senr . Thomas Allen< no role > Junr . and
Thomas Jones< no role > Creditors of William Philps< no role > an Insolvent Debtor who in
September last took the bennifit of an Act of Parl. Passed in the 18th year
of the reign of His present Majesty Intitled an Act for the relief of Insolvent
Debtors & for the relief of Bankps. in Cetain Cases

Sheweth

That your Petitioners are the Principal Creditors in
Value of the said Willm Philps Concerned together by Publick Notice
for that Purpose given in the Dailey Advertizer of the 26th. day of
Sepr. (thereunto annexed) That your Petrs. met pursuant to the said
Advertizment And these Thomas Allen< no role > Senr . of Tottenham
Court road in the said County of Midx Corn Chandler one of the
Creditors of the said William Philps< no role > to be Assigned to all Estate and
Effects mentioned in the Schedule delivered by him when Seared from
His Confinement
