Assault

Thomas Fox< no role > of Stepney in the County of
Middlesex Waterman the Defendant abovenamed
maketh Oath and saith that he this Deponant was
bound over before John Sherwood< no role > Esquire one of his
Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said County
to Answer an Indictment preferred against him
in October Sessions last past and this Deponant
further maketh Oath that hethishe hath since
appeared and pleaded and Traversed his Indictment
And this Deponant further saith he hath since been
informed and verily believes that the Prosecutor hath
been gone to Sea upwards of Nine Months last past
and when he will return to England this Deponant
doth not Know
