Maketh Oath that he saw Richard Bale< no role > the Prosecutor abovementioned Sign the
above agreement to Joseph Holder< no role > the Defendant in the Same Cause and at
the Same time Declared he was perfectly Satisfyed for the Injury he had
Sustained from the above Defendant and for which he Commended this
Prosecution and had No wish to Proceed any farther on this Indictment against
he said Defendant
