Mathew Bethnal Green in the County of Middlesex Weaver
taken and made on Oath before us David Wilmot< no role > and John
Spiller< no role > Esqrs. two of of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for
the County of Middlesex the 29th day of [..] January 1778

Who Saith that on the 13th day of January [..] instant, between the
Hours of nine and ten o' Clock in the Evening, there was stolen out of
the three Colts public House, in the Parish of Saint Mathew Bethnal Green
aforesaid, a Special Dog the Property of him this Informant, and
that he said Special Dog was Stolen as aforesaid by one Henry Dawson< no role >
and another Person at present unknown to this Informant
