The Report of the Commee appointed to carry into
[..] diate and effectual execution the Repari
of New Prison and the House of Correction at
Clerkenwell .

The said Committee Report

That having taken into consideration the Order of
Reference to them made in to enquire into the Allegation
contained in the Petiton of Mr Thomas Gibber< no role > Surgeon
and Apothecary to New Prison and if they are found
to be just and true to consider what addition ought
to be made to the Sallary of the said Thomas Gibber
andupon examination of the respection Keepers
of New Prison and Clerkenwell Bridewell as to the
[..] of the Numbers of Prisoners and their state ofn
Health as well as to the attention given by the said
Thomas Gibbes< no role > in the execution of hisofficeduty
and being fully satisfied that the Allegations in
the said Petition are just and true as well of the
Shilland abitites of the said Thomas Gibber< no role > that
The Committee an of opinion that an addiction of
Forty pounds a year be made to the Sallary of
the said Thomas Gibber< no role > as Surgeon and Apothecary
to the said Prison: and it appearing to the Commee
