Moved That the thanks of this Court be given to John Spencer
Colepeper< no role > Esquire for his attention and regard to the Honour of the Gentlemen named in
the Commission of the peace for this County in the motion this day made by him for an
enquiry into the Conduct of such Magistrates as have been guilty of Undue and
illegal Practices in the Execution of their Office and the same being agreed to unanimously
the thanks of the Court were given to Mr. Colepeper accordingly
