that the Sallary which the said Thomas Gibbies< no role > receives at
present is paid unto him Quarterly It is recommended
to the Court to order the said increase of Sallary to be
paid in the same manner and that the first Quarterly
payment thereof be made on the usual day for the Paymt
of his former Sallary next ensuing thedayCounty day
of the Last Session of the peace holden for the County
And the said Committee further report
That the to the other Mattress in reformed
to them the said Committee are prosecuting
the necessary means to this accomplishment
