V. Take in here the 5th. division.
And immediatley it was moved and seconded
that the appointed of the Collector be appointed from Apart be year lawfully
on the County day of the Easter Quarter oppose
and resolved that this court do agree with their
Committee in this part of their said Report
Wherefore it is ordered that such part of the said
Report at is last abovementioned be confirmed
and immediately it was moved that this Court do oppose
of this Next of the said Report and the same was resolved

Court do appoint Stephen Weaver< no role > collector of the Tolls

chosen in the County day of every Easter Session

It was moved that this Court do approve
of this part of the said Report and the same
being agreed tosuch part of the said Reportthe
same was resolved accordingly.

And now it was moved and Seconded that
the whole report of the said Committee so approved
and agreed to as aforesaid be in all things approvd
ratified and confirmed and the same being agreed.
