To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex in their Adjourned Session
of the Peace Assembled.

The Humble Petition and appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Saint Paul Shadwell in the County of Middlesex .

Sheweth.


That by Virtue of an Order of Removal under the Hands and
Seals of William Rugge< no role > and Thomas Edwards< no role > Esquires two of his Majestys Justices of
the Peace in and for the County of Middlesex (one being of the Quorum) bearing Date
the Eleventh day of July Instant Mary Francis< no role > Singlewoman aged Thirty three Years
was Removed from the Parish of Saint George Hanover Square in the said County of
Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint Paul Shadwell in the said County of Middlesex
as the Place of her last legal Settlement Whereby your Petitioners think themselves
Aggrieved And Appeal to this Court against the same.

Your Petitioners therefore Pray this Court
will be Pleased to appoint a day for the hearing
and determining of the said Appeal And that
all Persons Concerned may then attend.

And Your Petitioners will ever Pray Etc.
