A motion was made and seconded that the Court do
agree with this part of the said Report and the same
being carried in the affirmative It is ordered that
So much of the said Report as last abovementioned
be confirmed and the same is hereby ratifyed
and confirmed accordingly.

IIIdly: Here follows the 3d division of the Rept.

A motion was hereupon made that this Court do
approve of this part of their said commees Report
and being agreed to the same was resolved accordingly. And
