our Sovereign Lord George the Third King of
Great Britain Etc.
At thisA Report from the Committee of the Majesty's
Justices of the Peace
for the County Middx appointed to
oppose all attemps in Parliament that may affect the
Interest of this County in the St. James's Haymarket
or
deprive the justices of their Controul which for the benefit
of the public they have over the same and to give such
Orders as may be necessary to enforce the laws relation
thereto and to pursue the speediest and most effectu
al methods to promote and cause the Interest of
the County therein and also to repave so much of
the Haymarket
within the jurisdiction of the justices as
is described in the act of Parliament made in the 8th.
and 9th. Years of the Reign of King William the third
and contract with the requisite Workmen for the perform
ance of the same and do all other matters and thing
in the execution thereof as shall befit and necessary
beingmade untosaid before this Courtandthe samebeingwas read
as follows (vizt)article his article in the following order vizt.

with this Committee in this part of the Report and
the same being resolved It is ordered that so much
of the said Report as aforesaid be
