Whereas at the last General Quarter Session of the Peace holden at
Hicks Hall

in and for the County of Middlesex
in the Month of October last I put in a
Plea of Mienomer to the Indictment by you preferred against me by the Name of Esther

for a Nusance You are therefore to Take Notice that unless you Reply to
the said Plea on or before the Seventh Day of December next the Court of General Session
of the Peace to be then held at Hicks Hall
aforesaid will be Moved at Eleven of the Clock in
the forenoon of the same Day or as soon after as Councel can be heard that the said Plea
may be Allowed for want of a Replication Dated this Twenty Seventh Day of November
