Prison this Deponent further saith that he hath
been Informed and verily believes that great part
of the said things found in the Apartments of the
said Isaac Hutchinson< no role > are the property of George
Shirley< no role > Esquire and Stolen in his House in Cork
Street Burlington Gardens and who now is as he
has also been Informed at his County Seat in
Warwick Shire and Cannot attend time enough in
Town to appear at this present Session, against
the said Isaac Hutchinson< no role > .
