County of Middlesex Gentleman Maketh Oath and Saith That he did
on the Sixth day of October Instant personally Serve Thomas Bland< no role > the
Prosecutor above mentioned with the Notice of Trial hereunto annexed by
Delivering to him a true Copy thereof and at the same time Acquainting
him with the Contents thereof and Saith that the said Notice of Tryal hath
not Since been Countermanded to this Deponents knowledge or belief
