Eyles's Clerk and attended the Court in Order to Discharge the
said Recognizance and on Searching the Book, the Clerk
Answered that there was no such Name as Sarah Denny but
that there was the Name of

, and the Clerk
Informed this Deponent that the Recognizance was neglected
to be Returned to Hicks's Hall
and that he believed it would
be returned to Westminster
