Oath that the this Deponent about the beginning of the Month of April last past became
bound before David Wilmot< no role >
Esquire
one of his Majestys Justices of the
peace
for the County of Middlesex
for the personal Appearance of the said
Ann Williams< no role >
in April Session last and this Deponent saith that the
did at the same Session search at Hicks Hall and found that no Indictment was found against
the said Ann Williams< no role >
upon which this Deponent applied to Mr Eyles who
acts as Deputy Clerk of the peace for the County aforesaid in order to withdraw
her Recognizance but was then informed that no such Recognizance was
then returned and that no such Recognizance was Entred in the Book
and this Deponent again applied the next day and took the said Ann
William< no role >
with him to the said Mr Eyles who then still insisted that no such
Recognizance was then returned and this Dept apprehended all matters
were ended but this Dept to his great Surprize on or about the fifth day of Octr
instant received the Annexed Letter from the said Mr Eyles that the said
Recognizance would be estreateduntilunless proper care shod. be taken to
shop the same and this Dept saith he is ready and willing to pay the two Shillings
and eight pence to withdraw the said Recognizance
