We whose Names are hereunto Subscribed being Inhabitants of the Neighbour-
-hood wherein the within Named Petr. William White< no role > resideth, and at whose desire
the within mentioned Indictment was preferred against him, being satisfied that
the said Petitioner hath entirely relinquised the said Business and premisses
and of his sincere Intentions never to resume the same; and also satisfied to his
Inability to pay the within mentioned Fine of One hundred pounds, Do humbly
request that the same may be reduced and the Petr. discharged from his present
