Take Notice that I the said Thomas Davies< no role > intend to appear at the next
General Session of the Peace to be holden for the County of Middlesex at Hicks
Hall in Saint John Street in the said County (by Adjournment) on Tuesday
the Twelfth Day of September Instant at Eight of the Clock in the
forenoon and then and there prosecute my Traverse with Effect on
an Indictment by You Preferred against me for an Assault
