in the Forenoon And this Deponant saith That ontheSaturday
the said sixteenth day of September instant Mr. Ninian Trotter< no role > and
Henry Robinson< no role > the prosecutors on the above Indictments with their
Attorney and Witnesses as also the Marquis De Fleury, James Dupre< no role > '
and Robert Purvis< no role > (in the said Indictments misnamed Robert Spurvey< no role > )
the sevl. Defendants to the said Indictment with their Attorney and
Witnesses respectively attended Mr. Justice Welch at his House in Great
Charles Street near the Middlesex Hospital in the said Referrence
who in his presence and in the presence and hearing of this Deponent
[..] premised and agreed that the Determination and Award
of the said Mr. Welch should be binding and conclusive to all the parties
Whereupon the said Mr. Welch proceeded to examined the sevl. Parties
and their Witnesses upon Oaths who were cross examined by the
respective Attornies for the Prosecutors and Defendants on the
Maker of the said Indictments And the said Mr. Welch after finishing
such Examination awarded and declared in the presence and Hearing
of this Deponent that the Defendants the Margins De Fleury and
James Dupre< no role > were not Guilty of any of the Assaults alledged in the
said several Indictments and acquitted them thereon accordingly And
further Awarded and Declared that the other Defendant Robert Purvis< no role >
(in the sd several Indictments misnamed Robert Spurvey) was not Guilty
of any of the Assaults alledged against him in the said several Indictments
(Except one Assault therein mentioned in the parish of Saint Mary
le Bone on the prosecution of the said Henry Robinson< no role > ) of which
said last mentioned Assault the said Mr. Welch then and there
awarded and declared the said Defendant Robert Purvis< no role > Guilty
And the said Mr. Welch then recommended to the Defendant the
Margins De Fleury that, as the said Robert Purvis< no role > wa in his
the said Margins's Service at the time of making the said Assault
in the parish of Saint Mary le Bone on the said Henry Robinson< no role > he
the said Margins should make some Recompence or Satisfaction
to the said Henry Robinson< no role > And this Deponent further Saith that
the said Margins De Fleury hath as this Deponent hath been
informed and verily believes made a proper Recompence or Satisfaction to
