attend the Court at Hicks Hall aforesaid on Thursday the twenty second day of October then next at nine
of the Clock in the forenoon of the same day to hear and abide the Judgment and determination of the said
Court touching the said Appeal. And whereas at he General Quarter Session of the peace of our Lord the
King begun and holden for the County of Middlesex at Westminster in the said County on Thursday in
the Week next after the feast of St Michael to wit the eighth day of October in the twelfth year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the third King of Great Britain Etc. Before Sir John Hawkins< no role > Knt. Herbert Mackworth< no role >
John Barnfather< no role > William Gascoigne< no role > Esquires and others their fellows Justices of our said Lord the King
assigned to keep the peace in the County aforesaid and also to hear and determine divers felonies Trespasses
and other misdemeanors committed in the Same County the same General Quarter Session of the peace
was then and there duly adjourned until Monday the nineteenth day of the same Month of October at the hour
of nine in the forenoon to be holden at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in and for the said County and the
same General Quarter Session of the peace being holden by the adjournment aforesaid at Hicks Hall
aforesaid on the said Monday the nineteenth day of October before the Justices of our said Lord the King last
abovementioned was from thence continued by several adjournments until Thursday the twenty second day of
the same Month of October and the same General Quarter Session of the peace being holden by adjournment
at Hicks Hall aforesaid on the said Thursday the twenty second day of October aforesaid before the Justices
of our said Lord the King last abovenamed at the request of the said petitioners It was ordered by the
Court that the Benefit of their said Appeal should be further saved unto them and that the hearing and determination
thereof should be and the same were thereby in like manner as aforesaid further adjourned until the
then next General Quarter Session of the Peace to be holden for the said County on Monday the fourteenth
day of January then next at Hick's Hall aforesaid and whereas the hearing and determination of
the [..] was duly and regularly adjourned on [..] aforesaid from Quarter
Session to Quarter Session at each procceeding Quarter Session by due and continued orders of Court
for the adjournment of the same vizt: of the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Lord the King holden in and
for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in St John Street on Monday the fourteenth day of January
in the thirteenth Year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third King of Great Britain Etc. at the
General Quarter Session of the peace of our Lord the King holden in and for the County of Middlesex at
Westminster in the said County on Monday in the Week next after the close of Easter to wit the
nineteenth day of April in the thirteenth Year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third King
of Great Britain Etc. and at the General Quarter Session of the peace of our Lord the King holden for
the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in St John Street in the said County on Monday the fifth
day of July in the thirteenth Year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third King of Great
Britain Etc. And whereas at the General Quarter Session of the peace of our Lord the King holden
for the County of Middlesex at the Guildhall Westminster in the said County on Thursday in
the Week next after the feast of St. Michael (to wit) the seventh day of October in the thirteenth
Year of the reign of our sovereign Lord George the third King of Great Britain Etc. Before Sir
John Hawkins< no role > Knight Sir Henry Cheere< no role > Baronet Sir Charles Whitworth< no role > Knight Saunders Welch< no role >
Esquire and others their fellows Justices of our said Lord the King assigned to keep the peace in the
County aforesaid and also to hear and determine divers Felonies Trespasses and other misdemeanors
committed in the same County the same General Quarter Session of the peace was adjourned until
Monday the eighteenth day of same Month of October at the hour of nine in the forenoon to be holden
at Hicks Hall in Saint Jon Street in and for the said County and was from thence continued by
several adjournments until Thursday the twenty first day of the same Month of October to be holden at the hour
and place last abovesaid and at the same General Quarter Session of the peace so holden by
