Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint George
in the County of Middlesex
Sheweth
That by Virtue of An Order of Removal under the Hands and
Seals of

Esquire Two of his
Majesties Justices of the Peace
in and for the County of Middlesex
aforesaid
(one Being of the Quorum) bearing Date the Third Day of March now
last past

and his Two Children and Lawfull Issue by his
late Wife
Elizabeth Cooper< no role >
deceased Namely
Richard Cooper< no role >
aged Four Years
and
Joseph Cooper< no role >
Aged about Twelve Months were Removed from the
Parish of Saint Botolph without Aldgate
in the said County of Middlesex
to the said Parish Saint George
And the said Two Last mentioned Justices
of the Peace in and by the said Order of Removal Adjudged the Last Legal
Settlement of the said

and his said Children to be in the said
Parish of Saint George
That your Petitioners are orderised and believe that the
last Legal Settlement of the said George Cooper< no role >
and his Said Children is
not in the said Parish of Saint George
as by the said Order is Supposed and
therefore they Conceive themselves to be Aggreived by the said Order
and Determination of the said Two Justices and Do Humbly appeal
to your Worships against the same
