It is Ordered that the hearing and
determining the Matter of an Appeal between the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
Botolph Aldgate Appellants And the Churchwarden and
Overseers of the poor of the Parish of Saint Mary Whitechapel
in the County of Middlesex Respondents touching the
Settlement of William Hollister< no role > and Ann< no role > his Wife and their
Child Mary< no role > aged Nine Months And also his Wifes Male
Bastard Child William< no role > aged three Years Which Stood
adjourned unto this day Do Stand further Adjourned
untill the next General [..] Session of the Peace to
be held for this County and that on Notice hereof in the
mean time to be given to the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Mary Whitechappel
they and all persons concerned Do attend the Court at
Hicks Hall aforesaid on Thursday the first day of June
next at the hour of eight in the Forenoon of the same
day to hear and abide the Judgment and determination
of the Said Court touching the Said Appeal
