William Robertson< no role > and John Pugh< no role > were present when the said Richard
Chappell< no role > did personally Serve the said William Clarke< no role > with a true Copy
of the said Order and when the said Richard Chappell< no role > did make
demand of the said sum of Twenty Seven Pounds Seven Shillings
and Seven Pence as aforesaid and that the said William Clarke< no role >
did then refuse to pay the said sum of Twenty seven Pounds Seven
Shillings and Seven Pence and did declare that he could not pay
the same It is thereupon Ordered that the said William Clarke< no role >
Do attend this Court at Hicks Hall aforesaid on Saturday
next at Twelve of the Clock at noon then and there to Shew cause
why a Warrant or Order should not be issued to levy the said
Sum of Twenty Seven Pounds Seven Shillings and Seven Pence
by Distress and Sale of his Goods and Chattells
