Whereas the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the Paid
of Heese otherwise Hays in the County of Middlesex
Have at their
present Session Exhibited their Petition and [..] Setting forth
That by an order of Removal under the Hands and Seals of James

and John Drinkwater< no role >
Esquires
two of his Majestys Justices
of the peace
for the County of Middlesex
one whereof being of the Quorum bearing date the seventeenth day
of January last John Tarrant< no role >
and John his Son aged about four Years
and an half were removed and conveyed from an out of the parish of [..]
Heston
in the said County of Middlesex

otherwise Hays
as they [..] of their last toge [..] Whereby [..]
Petitioners concived themselves aggrieved Whereupon at the request of [..]
the said Petitioners It is ordered that the Benefit their said Appeal
be saved unto them and that the hearing and determining thereof be and
the same is hereby adjourned until the next Genal Quarter Session
of the peace to be holden for this County and that or Notice hereof in the
mean time to be given to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor
of the said Parish of Heston
they and all person to avoid [..] llend
[..] the Court at Hicks Hall aforesaid on Thursday the sixty seventh
day of April next at [..] hour of eight in the fourth [..] of the same day
to hear and abide the Judgment and determination of said Court
touching the said Appeal
