of our Lord the King, holden in and for the County
of Middlesex , at Hicks-Hall , in Saint John-Street ,
(by Adjournment) on Thursday the Eighth
Day of September in the Fourteenth Year of the
Reign for our Sovereign LordGEORGEthe Third, King of
Great BritainEtc.

[..] Ordered that the hearing and determining of the
[..] Watter of Appeal between the Church Wardens and Overseers of
[..] poor of the parish of Docking in the County of Norfolk Appel-
ants and the Church wardens and Overseers of the poor of the
Parish of Saint James within the Liberty of Westminster and
County of Middlesex Respondents touching the settlement
[..] Thomas Malby< no role > which stood adjourned to this day
[..] Do Stand further adjourned until the next General
[..] rter Session of the peace to be holden for this County
[..] that on notice hereof in the mean time to be given
[..] Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said
[..] of Saint James they and all persons concerned
[..] attend this Court at Hicks Hall aforesaid on Thursday
[..] Twentieth day of October next at the hour of Eight in
[..] the forenoon fo the same day to hear and abide the Judgem
[..] ent and determination of the Court touching the
[..] said Appeal.
